Innovation Assessment

In today’s rapidly changing world, organisations are constantly under pressure to find new solutions to new problems if they are to survive and prosper. Doing this well is what leads to innovation.

I2p offers the only scientifically and academically validated Psychometric assessment of organisational innovation available, the Innovation Phase Assessment Instrument (IPAI), developed at the University of South Australia by Dr David Cropley. The assessment establishes how well every person in your organisation can create novel ideas and develop them into effective outcomes. It identifies what is and isn’t working and how to improve it.

At the core of the IPAI is the notion that innovation is affected by two main factors. The first identifies the process of innovation itself consisting of 7 Phases with each Phase expressing either Novel or Effective thinking and behaviour. The second identifies the 6 Dimensions of creativity, those social and psychological factors that can enhance or hinder problem solving when being novel or effective. Doing the right thing in the right Phase is how your organisation will excel at innovation.

The instrument is available for use online and is answered by everyone in your organisation. A report is provided highlighting what your organisation does well and where you can improve.
